We use steel roof tile-effect cladding on all our fully built log cabins. This durable and efficient roofing system is finished with gutters and downpipes to ensure long-term weather protection.

All our cabins come with a damp-proof membrane, which fully covers the structure and insulation. This technology prevents moisture from penetrating and ensures durability.

All our cabins include double-glazed premium living type windows and doors. We also offer optional upgrades, such as PVC triple-glazed A-rated doors and windows.

We use premium 22mm tongue-and-groove boards, providing excellent strength and durability, with the boards internally visible for aesthetic appeal.

Our cabins feature premium external wall insulation, ensuring protection against the elements without sacrificing internal space. Standard insulation includes 100mm external wall insulation, roof insulation, and 100mm premium floor insulation for maximum thermal efficiency. Additional insulation thickness is available upon request.

We use recyclable, eco-friendly Knauf Earthwool insulation, specifically designed for the Irish climate. Our cabins are built with double cavity exterior walls, providing superior insulation to keep your cabin warm in winter and cool during summer.

How is roof insulation installed?

Our roof insulation is installed externally to protect internal structure. Insulation goes on top of the timber beams and roof boards, and wrapped with a breathable damp-proof membrane. The insulation is then covered with steel roof tile-effect cladding.

All our cabins finished with pressure-treated timber.

Exterior facades can be customized with next options:
-Pressure-treated charred timber with a 40-year guarantee;
-PVC or Steel cladding;
-Cembrit cement board with a 15-year guarantee;
-Plastering based, render nap or acrylic finish if client needs for planning requirements.
